The purpose of the Website is to present the services of ELIA LIVING, S.L. ("Elia Living") and the properties it markets, and to make it easy to get in touch with our team. Accessing and browsing the Website makes you a user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Website.

3. Conditions of use

Access to the Website is free of charge, without prejudice to the cost of your internet connection. Users undertake to use the Website in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to:

use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties;
introduce viruses, programs or content that damage or overload the Website or its systems;
systematically or automatically extract content or data from the Website (scraping) without our authorisation;

Descriptions, areas, images and floor plans are approximate and may contain errors or omissions. They do not constitute a binding offer or a contractual document, and they do not replace official documentation (land registry extract, title deed, energy certificate, licences, etc.).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes (VAT, or transfer tax and stamp duty, as applicable) or transaction costs (notary, registry, administrative agent, financing or others).
