Cookies
Information collected through cookies is detailed in our Cookies Policy . Non-essential cookies will only be used with the user’s prior consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Website activity linked to your enquiry. If you accept analytics cookies, we record which pages and properties you view on elialiving.es, how many times and for how long, under a random identifier stored in the cookie elia_vid. We keep only the network part of your IP address (for IPv4, the first three numbers), not the full address. If you then contact us through the form on our website, we link this viewing history to your enquiry and store a summary (properties viewed, number of views, time spent, first and last visit, and the domain of the site you came from) as a note on your contact record in our CRM, Tesoro, so our team can recommend suitable properties. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time in “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing deletes the identifier from your browser. To have the history already linked to your enquiry deleted, write to us at the address in the “Data Controller” section. We keep the raw viewing data for 13 months.

Users may exercise the following rights:
- Access to their personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (right to be forgotten).
- Restriction of processing.
