Interior

Interiors are bright and spacious, with open-plan living areas that favour flow and comfort. Natural materials and a muted palette create a warm, contemporary ambience. Large windows and carefully oriented layouts maximise daylight and frame views of the Mediterranean surroundings.

Attention to detail in finishes and an emphasis on practical, elegant living make each home comfortable year-round.

Exterior

Each home benefits from a private garden separated by vegetative screens, creating intimate outdoor spaces for relaxation. Terraces provide ideal settings for al fresco dining and enjoying the mild climate.

Residents share a 75 m² communal pool and a shaded pergola — perfect for socialising with family and friends in a Mediterranean atmosphere.

Layout

The homes are arranged over two floors, designed for functional daily living. The southern sector comprises three independent villas, while the northern sector includes six paired residences. All properties include private outside space and intelligently planned interiors to enhance privacy and comfort.
